Preventative Maintenance Contract

All Metalas machines are designed according to the principles of quality, safety, environment, user-friendliness and easy maintenance. This leads to a low-hassle deployment of your machine. In order to limit any potential hassles even more, a Preventative Maintenance Contract can be closed, and our service engineer will regularly inspect your machine and make sure it is kept in optimum condition. The main advantage is that unexpected machine errors and high costs are prevented and the life span of your machine will be increased.

Remote Service

A growing number of machines can be serviced from a distance, also known as ‘Remote Service’. An anlysis can be conducted via an internet connection in order identify the origin of bugs and fix any breakdowns as quickly as possible.

Sales of Spare Components

We keep all strategic spare parts for the full range of our machines on stock. These can be ordered from our experienced professionals. All orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.
